FAQs

1. Do you charge a flat fee or are there any hidden charges? 

There are no hidden charges whatsoever. You will get the number of images included in the package of your choice in full resolution and fully edited. You will have printing rights to your photos and a permission to use the images on social media.

2. Do you offer prints? 

Currently I do not offer any prints, but I can make a recommendation should you need it.

3. Do you offer any discounts? 

Yes, I offer $50 off any package to my repeat clients.

4. What’s your turn-around time? 

Usually it’s 10 business days. If you need your photos earlier, just ask me and I will see what I can do to deliver the images to you sooner.

5. How will I receive my images?

I will send you an email with the link to Google Drive, and you will be able to download photos straight to your computer. I will not provide any CDs, memory sticks, etc.

6. Do you edit photos? 

Yes, I do. Taking a nice photo is half of the job, but to make the photo look perfect I adjust colors, light, and other minor details. I also do light skin retouching or teeth whitening as well as other Photoshop correction to ensure that you are getting the most eye-appealing image. (No crazy manipulations, though!)

7. What’s your availability? 

I am sure I will be able to accommodate you. Contact me to discuss the available dates/times, and I will do my best to schedule a session on one of your desired days.

8. Do you have location recommendations? 

Yes, I will help you choose the location that would be ideal for your photo session. I have quite a few favorite spots, and based on your vision I will help you decide where to shoot.

9. Do you provide make-up/hair?

No. Hair/make-up is all on you.

10. Do you provide any maternity outfits or other clothing for the session? 

I do not provide any outfits.

11. What do I wear?

12.What if we need to reschedule?

Life happens, people get sick, the weather is not always the loveliest; we’ll reschedule if we need to! If it looks like there’s a greater than 30% chance of rain, we’ll pick a backup date.

13. Can you help us to feel comfortable in front of the camera?

Absolutely! It is my job to Gide you and give you lots of encouragement to enable you to feel at ease. I always share verbal and visual direction so you know exactly what to do as you’re being photographed. I am also a big fan of genuine interactions, so I will also give you the space to be yourselves together and won't intrude too much.

14. Our child just got a bruise/scratch - can you retouch the pictures?

Definitely! Whether it’s drool, a runny nose, or food crumbs, I'll do my best to ensure you’re receiving the most beautiful photographs.
